Job Description

UB Emirates LLC is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse In-Charge to join its team in the UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock movement, documentation, team supervision, and operational coordination.

Candidates with strong experience in warehouse management, electrical products, cables, cable accessories, inventory control, ERP systems, and UAE warehouse operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Develop and implement warehouse procedures and workflows
Ensure safety regulations and warehouse best practices are followed
Manage efficient storage and inventory movement
Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse reports
Oversee vehicle fleet management
Maintain 100% accuracy in warehouse documentation
Coordinate with procurement, sales, accounts, and other departments

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

5–10 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations in the UAE
Strong knowledge of electrical products, cables, and cable accessories
Experience in accounts or ERP systems
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Valid UAE driving license
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a warehouse team
Familiarity with UAE locations

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a detail-oriented warehouse professional with strong leadership, inventory management, documentation, and operational efficiency skills. Candidates with previous UAE experience in electrical product warehouse operations will be highly preferred.
