Al Habtoor Grand Resort is looking for an experienced and service-driven Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during overnight hours. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in guest relations, operational leadership, and maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel activities during overnight operations.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized service.
• Handle guest concerns, special requests, and operational escalations efficiently.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and compliance procedures during night hours.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
• Support revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain brand standards while ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for guests and team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a Night Manager, Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight operational responsibilities.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting procedures is advantageous.
