Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Review prescriptions to ensure appropriate dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding medication usage, dosage instructions, and possible side effects.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential medications.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Follow all hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous pharmacy experience in a hospital, clinic, or retail pharmacy environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
