QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Jobs in UAE

Leaders Fort Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer – Fit-Out to oversee quality management activities across premium interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all work meets client expectations, industry standards, and UAE regulatory requirements, delivering projects with a zero-defect handover approach.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and Quality Management System procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Perform detailed inspections before, during, and after installation to verify material quality and workmanship.
• Handle the complete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including investigation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and closure.
• Manage mock-up reviews and approval procedures for customized finishes and specialized fit-out elements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant UAE authorities, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and Trakhees.
• Supervise digital snagging and de-snagging activities using platforms such as SnagR and Fieldwire to achieve seamless project handovers.
• Review subcontractor quality documents, including method statements and trade-specific ITPs.
• Promote a quality-first culture through site training sessions, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in QA/QC roles within UAE interior fit-out projects, including commercial, hospitality, or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality assurance processes, NCR management, and CAPA procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approval and inspection requirements.
• Hands-on experience with digital snagging systems and project handover documentation.
• Understanding of fire-rated materials and Dubai Civil Defense compliance standards.
