Job Position – QA/QC Manager
Company Name – Olsen & Partners
Lead and strengthen our company-wide Quality Management System across multiple construction projects.
The role will oversee quality assurance and control throughout all project phases—from enabling works and structural construction to high-end architectural finishes, MEP coordination, testing & commissioning, and final handover. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving workmanship excellence, defect prevention, and continuous improvement across all teams and subcontractors.
Key Requirements:
-7–10 years of QA/QC experience in UAE/GCC construction
-Strong background in high-rise, luxury, hospitality, and fit-out projects
-Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture (ISO 9001 certification preferred)
Responsibilities:
-Lead and implement QA/QC systems aligned with ISO standards
-Oversee civil, structural, architectural, fit-out, and MEP quality
-Manage inspections, testing, documentation, and NCR processes
-Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
-Drive quality culture, training, and performance across projects
Candidates with proven experience in luxury developments and high-end projects will be highly preferred.
