Senior Quantity Surveyor

Currently hiring an experienced Senior to join our team for a high-rise building project in Sharjah Muweilah.Requirements:
Minimum 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (mandatory).
Strong post-contract quantity surveying experience.
Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of cost control, variations, claims, subcontract administration, and contract management.
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary Package:
AED 16,000 – 18,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
