Job Responsibilities
โ€“ Oversee daily office operations, manage supply inventories, and route correspondence.
โ€“ Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments
โ€“ Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, employee records, and company policies
โ€“ Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring pipeline.
โ€“ Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding tasks for new hires.
โ€“ Generate recruitment metric dashboards and compile reports on time-to-hire and operational efficiency.

Requirements
โ€“ Valid Freelance Qatar ID (QID)
โ€“ Bachelor degree
โ€“ Relevant experience in Qatar
โ€“ Good Communication skills
โ€“ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
