Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for transforming business needs into effective technology solutions? Novel Overseas Corporation is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
Key Requirements:
– 9+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
– Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
– Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
– Ability to create clear and testable functional requirements
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
– English proficiency (C1 level)
Preferred:
– Experience with legacy systems
– Product company background
– Knowledge of non-functional requirements (Security, Performance, Scalability)
– Exposure to AI/ML projects
