KTC International, a well-established infrastructure and construction firm operating across the UAE, is actively seeking an experienced Timekeeper to join their growing team on an urgent basis.
This role is ideal for a meticulous professional who thrives in high-volume construction site environments and has a solid background in workforce administration and manpower reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all site personnel
- Coordinate manpower tracking and provide payroll support to HR teams
- Prepare and submit daily site labor reports to project management
- Monitor and manage labor control systems to ensure compliance
- Liaise with supervisors to reconcile workforce headcount discrepancies
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within UAE construction projects
- Solid understanding of attendance management, manpower tracking, and payroll coordination
- Proficiency in generating daily site workforce reports
- Diploma or Bachelor degree is required
- Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice are strongly preferred
