Job Position – Windows Server Administrator

Company Name – KBM

Location – Kuwait

Looking for a “Windows Server Administrator” for a client here in Kuwait. Position approval is subject to contract approval.

Salary: 800 KWD / Month

Requirements as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems
– Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
– Monitor server health, performance, and capacity
– Apply patches, updates, and security configurations
– Manage Virtual Environment on Hyper-V & Nutanix AHV
– Troubleshoot and resolve server issues
– Manage file shares, permissions, and user access
– Perform backups and disaster recovery testing
– Document configurations, procedures, and changes
– Work with IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades
– Ensure high availability, security, and performance of servers that support business operations below the SLA’s.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
– 3+ years of experience managing Windows Server environments
– Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
– Experience with virtualization (Nutanix , Hyper-V)
– Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
– Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools
– Experience with security compliance and hardening
