The ideal candidate should be highly organized and experienced in maintaining accurate manpower and attendance records within a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain employee attendance and workforce records.
• Assist with manpower tracking and payroll-related documentation.
• Prepare and update daily site reports and labor utilization records.
• Ensure accurate reporting of workforce data and site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience in the UAE.
• Good understanding of attendance management, manpower monitoring, and payroll support processes.
• Experience handling labor control systems and site reporting procedures.
• Diploma or Degree qualification is required.
• Candidates available for immediate joining or with a short notice period will be preferred.
